Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

We are committed to ensuring satisfaction with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Our products are made-to-order via third-party Printify partners. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Send an email to support@we-r.us with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

4. Resolution

If your claim is valid, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A full replacement of the item at no additional cost to you
  • Store credit or discount code for a future purchase

Note: We do not offer cash refunds unless required by law. Our preference is to replace the item rather than refund the original transaction, in accordance with Section 23 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Made-to-order clothing and accessories
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect washing

6. Exchanges

We do not support size or colour exchanges for made-to-order products. Please double-check the sizing guide before placing your order. We may, at our discretion, issue a one-time courtesy replacement depending on stock availability.

7. Shipping Costs

We do not charge additional shipping for replacement items issued due to error or defect. If you are returning an item voluntarily (which is only possible if we expressly authorise it), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Delivery and Tracking

We use Printify’s integrated tracking system where available. You will receive a tracking number once your item ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
